    Getting Started

Unilytic connects via Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API). After signup, go to Settings > Amazon Integration and follow the OAuth flow — you'll be redirected to Amazon to grant read-only access. The process takes about 2 minutes and does not require any developer credentials on your side.

Most sellers are fully set up in under 10 minutes. Upload your Inventory Ledger CSV from Seller Central (2 min), set your warehouse names, and your dashboard is ready. Connecting SP-API for automatic syncing takes about 5 additional minutes.

Yes. You can upload inventory CSV files exported from Amazon Seller Central manually and everything works without SP-API. SP-API just automates the sync so you do not have to re-upload every time.

Unilytic currently supports the India marketplace (amazon.in). Support for additional marketplaces is planned — contact us if you need a specific marketplace added sooner.

No. If you can export a report from Seller Central and upload a file, you can use Unilytic. The setup does not require any programming or API knowledge.

    SP-API & Security

We access your Inventory Ledger (the same report you download from Seller Central) and your inbound shipments data. We never access orders, customer data, listings, or pricing. The SP-API scope is strictly read-only.

Your SP-API credentials (the OAuth refresh token) are encrypted before being stored. This is the only data we encrypt at rest. No other inventory data or shipment records are encrypted at rest, though all data is transmitted over TLS (HTTPS).

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS (HTTPS). Your SP-API credentials are encrypted before storage. Your data is logically isolated per organization and is never accessible to other users.

Never. Your data is used only to power your dashboards and is never sold, aggregated for third parties, or shared with other sellers. Email akshat@unilytic.in with any data questions.

Yes, at any time. You can revoke access from Settings > Amazon Integration > Disconnect, or directly from your Amazon Seller Central account under Apps & Services > Your Apps. Revoking stops all future syncs; historical data you have already synced remains in Unilytic until you delete it.

At the end of your 30-day trial, you can upgrade to Pro or continue on the free tier. On the free tier, you can still view previously synced data but new syncs are paused. No charges happen automatically — you only pay when you choose to upgrade.

Yes. Cancel from Settings > Billing at any time. You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account moves to the free tier and all your data is preserved.

We offer one refund scenario: if you upgrade from Pro to Business within 15 days of your Pro payment, the Pro amount is refunded in full. All other payments are non-refundable. To claim the refund, email akshat@unilytic.in with your upgrade details and we will process it promptly.

    Warehouses & Features

Each warehouse — an Amazon FC, a 3PL, or your own storage location — is tracked as a separate entity in Unilytic. You can view stock levels per warehouse and set reorder thresholds per warehouse. Inventory levels are updated via CSV upload or SP-API sync.

Shipments lets you record inbound stock movements — for example, goods dispatched from your supplier to your warehouse, or from your warehouse to Amazon FBA. You can record expected quantities, mark shipments as in-transit or received, and reconcile received quantities against what was shipped.

Each Unilytic organization corresponds to one Amazon seller account. If you operate multiple seller accounts, you can create separate Unilytic organizations and switch between them from the account menu in the top-right corner.

The Audit Log records every action taken in your organization: data uploads, shipment changes, member additions, and settings changes. It shows who did what and when, so you can track changes and troubleshoot discrepancies. Retention depends on your plan — Free keeps the last 7 days, Pro keeps 30 days, Business keeps 90 days.

Yes. From any table view, use the Export button to download a CSV of the current filtered view. For a full account export, contact akshat@unilytic.in and we will send you a complete data export.
